As an Associate Attorney at Andrew Szocka, P.C., Mark specializes in creditors’ rights, estate planning, and complex real estate issues, focusing on business collections and drafting effective wills and trusts for local residents. During law school, he gained experience in multiple areas of the law, including personal injury litigation, criminal defense, and civil rights matters. Mark is a former judicial extern in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division, where he learned unparalleled research and writing skills, along with a complete overview of the litigation process, while working with current and former judges. As a lifelong Crystal Lake resident, Mark is very active in serving the community through the McHenry County Young Lawyers Division, the Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce, Young Professionals, and Crystal Lake Rotary Dawnbreakers.
